The Center for Digital & Extended Learning advances Taylor University’s strategic commitment to Widen the Circle of Learners by serving students at every stage of life through engaging online, hybrid, and extended learning opportunities. Building on the strong foundation of TU Online and the good work accomplished over more than two decades, the Center unifies and expands Taylor’s digital learning efforts.
The Center supports learners ranging from high school students participating in the Indiana Professional Pathways Credential and dual-enrollment programs, to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees such as Taylor’s Ph.D. in Leadership, as well as alumni, parents, and friends engaging in faculty-led mini-courses through initiatives like Engaging Taylor.
Through the Center, Taylor University extends its Christ-centered mission and academic excellence into new contexts while remaining deeply committed to the spiritual, academic, and relational formation that defines a Taylor education.
Taylor's asynchronous, self-paced Dual Enrollment gives high school students flexible access to fully online college courses. Whether through a private school, homeschool, or public school, students progress through course modules at an individualized pace while earning college credit, making room to balance academics with school schedules, athletics, jobs, and ministry commitments.
School administrators: Taylor University partners with high schools to provide students with affordable, high-quality college credit opportunities that reflect our mission and biblical worldview.
Taylor University’s online Dual Enrollment program is designed for high school and homeschool students who want to accelerate their academic path. Courses can be started anytime, completed on your schedule within four months, and are offered at a reduced tuition rate.
Whether you’re looking to explore new subjects or build a strong foundation before college, Taylor provides a flexible, faith-centered way to earn accredited, transferable credit.
The Professional Pathway Credential is a 30-credit-hour credential designed to prepare Indiana high school students for success in both college and the workforce. It includes accredited college courses across multiple disciplines that fulfill general education requirements common to most degree paths, expanding early college access while maintaining academic rigor and a biblical worldview.
Summer and Winter Online options for residential students continue to grow in popularity. Online-delivered courses allow students to stay on track year-round while learning with excellence and purpose wherever life takes them. Students are able to register themselves for these courses as part of their traditional course enrollment process.
Whether earning transfer credit or exploring a new area of study, Taylor’s online courses welcome students enrolled in other universities to learn with purpose and faith at the center.

Taylor’s graduate online programs are flexible, faith-integrated pathways, thoughtfully designed for those called to lead, teach, and serve with purpose.
Taylor’s online Ph.D. in Leadership is built for working professionals who want to advance their careers and strengthen their ability to lead with wisdom and purpose. Designed for flexibility, the program offers asynchronous courses and a schedule that provides margin for life’s other commitments. With two tracks—organizational leadership or educational leadership—students gain strategic, values-driven training that prepares them for a wide range of leadership roles.
Taylor's Education Department offers flexible, fully online licensure pathways designed for working professionals. The graduate-level Transition to Teaching program serves candidates with bachelor’s degrees who are seeking an Indiana teaching license, while the add-on licensure programs equip already-licensed educators to expand their credentials in special education or TESOL. All programs provide excellent support, practical preparation, and a Christ-centered learning community.
