Online Courses

You can take an online class through Taylor University. Choose from more than 50 self-paced online courses that are available to the public. The courses are flexible, allowing you to:

Enroll any day of the year, and start the next business day.
Work at your own pace—no assignment deadlines.
Choose when to study—no required meeting times.
Complete a course within 4 months (or sooner).
Transfer credit to another institution.

Browse the content areas below, and click to see a list of courses offered in that area. When you find the right course—Enroll Here. You will become a guest student of Taylor University by filling out the short enrollment form for an online individual course. There are no application fees.

High School Students

High school juniors and seniors—earn college credit while you are in high school with online pre-college courses! Choose 100 or 200 level classes from the list below if you are a dual enrollment student. (Want to take an on-campus class? Check out the on-campus options here.)

Enrollment Information

Tuition

Tuition is $400 per credit hour. Payment is due to complete the enrollment process. You will have access to start your course the day after enrolling and paying tuition. Online courses are not eligible for payment plans or financial aid. Textbooks are not included in the cost of tuition and can be purchased at your preferred book retailer. Beyond tuition and purchasing your own textbooks, there are no fees.

High school students: you get a discount of 50% off tuition on online courses!

Getting Started:

Click to begin course enrollment.
Under where you would like to study, choose Online and then Individual Course(s).
- Select your level of education and the course(s) you want to take.
- Click Start My Application and enter your information. After you click Send, check your email for your confirmation link to create your account. Then, you’ll be able to log back in and finish your application.
Click on the Online Application link within the email. You’ll be prompted to create a password.
Log in to the application system.
Click the Application you have started.
Complete the required fields of each portion of the application.
When you submit the application, you will receive an email prompting payment.

Once payment is received, you will be enrolled in the course within 2 business days. An email will be sent with your myTAYLOR login instructions for accessing your course in Brightspace.
