On-Campus Apartments

Apartment-style living at Taylor has much to offer students who are looking for a transitional area to call home. Options include Campbell, Wolgemuth, and Delta apartments as well as the brand-new Residential Village Townhomes. As upperclassmen continue to live in community with friends and fellow students, there is a unique opportunity to engage in neighborly living as well as special programming and discipleship opportunities. Students who are looking for a chance to live in a more independent environment yet still be involved on campus can opt to live in one of these spaces conveniently located on or close to campus.

Note for students interested in on-campus apartments: Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be made available November 8th-15th for all university apartments. Approval for on-campus housing is granted based on the highest cumulative credit hours for the group.

Campbell Hall and Wolgemuth Hall

Campbell Hall and Wolgemuth Hall are apartment residence halls on the north side of campus that are open for upperclassmen only. Campbell Hall consists of fifteen individual apartments housing 60 students, and Wolgemuth can house 92 students.

Upperclass students can apply in groups of four to live in the apartments. The two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished with beds, dressers, desks, wardrobes, living room furniture, and dining furniture. Each apartment has a full kitchen, but students must provide kitchen supplies (microwaves not provided).

Delta Apartments

Delta Apartments is an apartment residence hall located on the north side of campus. Returning students are eligible to apply in groups of two or four. Delta consists of 12 one-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom apartments housing 48 students. Apartments are furnished with beds, dressers, desks, and living room furniture.

Residential Village Townhomes

Coming in the fall of 2024, the Residential Village will consist of apartment residence halls located on the south side of campus. The Village will consist of five three-story townhomes housing 152 students. Returning students are eligible to apply in groups of eight. Apartments will be furnished with beds, dressers, desks, living room furniture, and dining room furniture.
