Expand your understanding of Army leadership through study and field training experience.
You’ll explore leadership styles, ethics, training management, map reading, land navigation, basic patrolling and drills, and more. Learn to lead a platoon in the execution of a mission and regularly apply your knowledge in hands-on performance environments.
With a minor in Military Science and Leadership, you will engage in dynamic learning of leadership theory as well as spiritual formation. Increase your mental and physical resilience and even attend Cadet Summer Training/Advanced Camp.

ROTC cadets recieve leadership training, physical fitness development, tuition coverage, and more. Upon graduation, cadets are commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the US Army, prepared for careers in service and leadership around the world.
