Al Lopus

Al Lopus is co-founder and board chair of Best Christian Workplaces where he is committed to helping Christian organizations cultivate flourishing, high-trust workplace cultures. With a heart for ministry and organizational health, Lopus works alongside churches, schools, and nonprofits to assess employee engagement and strengthen leadership practices. His approach emphasizes mission effectiveness flowing from healthy teams where employees feel heard, valued, and aligned around a shared calling. Through coaching, data-informed insights, and a deep understanding of faith-based environments, he encourages leaders to create workplaces that reflect both excellence and Christ-centered care for their people.

Dr. Michael Lindsay, PhD

Dr. Michael Lindsay has devoted his career to leading Christian institutions of higher education with vision, intellectual depth, and a deep commitment to Christ-centered formation. As president of Taylor University for the past five years, Lindsay has renewed institutional focus on developing and investing in faculty and staff, recognizing that a thriving workforce is essential to fulfilling the University’s mission. Through expanded leadership development, strengthened communication, measuring performance, and intentional investment in employee engagement, Taylor aspires to model a flourishing Christian workplace that develops and retains mission-aligned talent. Dr. Lindsay has been featured on the Best Christian Workplaces podcast speaking extensively about people and culture leadership.

Colby Burke

Colby has more than 25 years of leadership and human resources experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations, one of which earned the Chicago Tribune’s #1 Best Place to Work in Chicagoland for mid-sized firms. He is the founder of The Turos Group, which focuses on equipping leaders, teams, and organizations to realize their potential. Motivated by the collective potential of developing people and winning organizations, Colby’s research-based framework, The Five Rhythms, solves business problems with people solutions, maximizing employee engagement and organizational performance. Colby currently serves as Taylor University’s Chief People Officer, where he applies The Five Rhythms framework to strengthen leaders, measure and improve organizational health, establish effective management practices, and develop people through intentional learning journeys, which has contributed to Taylor’s recognition as a Best Christian Workplace.

Jamie Haenggi

Jamie Haenggi is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience leading sales, marketing, operations, strategy, and customer experience teams for organizations pursuing transformational growth. She currently serves as CEO of GoodwinBeckham, where she partners with executives and leadership teams to unlock greater opportunities and outcomes through high-performing teams, clear operating systems, and strategic talent alignment. Most recently, Jamie served as President of ADT Solar and Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of ADT Security Services. She also founded The Avodah Connection, a nonprofit that helps mission-focused organizations achieve greater impact by integrating work, purpose, and service.
