The Collegiate Day of Prayer began on US campuses over 200 years ago, and Taylor University continues the tradition annually through As We Pray, a full week dedicated to bringing Taylor parents, grandparents, and alumni together to pray for the campus community.

Grandparents Day: April 24, 2026

Grandparents, or those who serve this role, are invited to visit their grandchild, attend class, eat in the Dining Commons, take a campus tour, and experience the Taylor community. Grandparents Day is a fun way to connect multiple generations and to honor grandparents who play a part in making the Taylor experience possible for their grandchild. Invitations are both mailed and emailed during late winter.
