Dan Bubar, Assistant United States Attorney with the Western District of Virginia and Taylor University Political Science graduate, will be the featured speaker at a luncheon for students interested in law school after graduation. This event is Thursday, April 9, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., in the Isely banquet room at the Hodson Dining Center.

Bubar earned a degree in Political Science from Taylor in 2001, and completed his Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School in 2004. The luncheon is open to all students and faculty who are interested in the current landscape of law schools. Participants can bring their lunches to the three reserved tables in the corner of Isely.

Bubar will share his own law school experience and current practice, address the pros and cons of law school and the current landscape, and explain how to be successful getting into and attending law school. Students should come prepared with their own questions about law school, the application process and opportunities.
