Lockheed Martin Recognizes Taylor Students’ Work on Cybersecurity

Lockheed Martin's Advanced Technology Laboratories have awarded Challenge Coins to nine Taylor University Computer Science and Engineering students—this in recognition of the value the for the tech and aviation company placed in the students' work in computer malware/cybersecurity research at Taylor during the summer of 2018.

The coins will be presented to the students at the beginning of the Taylor cybersecurity club (TrojanSec) meeting at 7 pm, Tuesday, September 25, in Euler 218.

The recognition is the latest development for the young cybersecurity program on the Taylor campus. In recent months, Taylor CSE students and faculty have worked on malware defenses, fulfilling a pair of grants from Lockheed.
