The Taylor World Outreach (TWO) office allows students to exercise a servant-leader mindset through local ministries and short-term mission trips. TWO offers students a variety of opportunities to show God’s love to the lost in our community, across the country, and around the globe. God doesn’t just work in the lives of those you serve, but will also work in your heart, challenging your beliefs, and strengthening your convictions.
At Taylor, you will deepen your faith and broaden your understanding of what it means to live a purposeful, passionate life for Christ through our many global learning and service opportunities. We don’t see this mission mindset as separate from what happens in the classroom, but rather a natural result of our efforts to integrate faith and learning.
Whether you serve as a volunteer through local ministries, take a J-Term or Spring Break Missions Trip, or become more involved as an on-campus student leader, the experience you gain will equip you for a lifetime of Christ-glorifying service and learning.
You can also spend time abroad to gain academic credit, enriching your education with the perspectives of new cultural environments. Our many study abroad and academic J-Term programs partner with universities and organizations all over the world—from California and Ecuador to Ireland and Japan—so that you can choose the best fit for your four-year plan.

When it comes to connections, Taylor is the best of the best, and that was something that really drew me here. No matter where you go or what you want to do, there is always a Taylor connection that can help you along the way and give you some really great advice. We may be a small school, but our impact is far-reaching, and that speaks to the profound emphasis on outreach and impact that Taylor fosters in each of its students. The community here in Upland is unmatched, but perhaps even more incredible is the worldwide community of Taylor.
