Dr. Michael Lindsay, PhD

Dr. Michael Lindsay has devoted his career to leading Christian institutions of higher education with vision, intellectual depth, and a deep commitment to Christ-centered formation. As president of Taylor University for the past five years, Lindsay has renewed institutional focus on developing and investing in faculty and staff, recognizing that a thriving workforce is essential to fulfilling the University’s mission. Through expanded leadership development, strengthened communication, measuring performance, and intentional investment in employee engagement, Taylor aspires to model a flourishing Christian workplace that develops and retains mission-aligned talent. Dr. Lindsay has been featured on the Best Christian Workplaces podcast speaking extensively about people and culture leadership.
