Biography
I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2021. I have special training working with people and families affected with substance use disorder. I passionately uses Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Exercises in her counseling. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my three children, two dogs, and husband. This often includes spending time outdoors fishing or kayaking, doing craft projects, or playing board games.
I am so excited to be working at Taylor University and to meet all of my new clients! I hope to help people who feel like their mental health needs are too much on their own. I enjoy helping people and I believe I will fit in well here at TU.
