Biography
I received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and am currently working on my PhD in psychology with Liberty University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, specializing in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and equine-assisted psychotherapy. I am also a trauma-focused cognitive behavioral specialist.
I enjoy helping humans and horses build better connections. Outside of horseback riding, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and books. I am married to Matthew, and we have an adult son, Brady, and a 17-year-old daughter, Brooklyn.
