Vice President for University Advancement
Mike Falder ‘94 serves as the Vice President for University Advancement and leads the Advancement department, which includes the historic Life to the Full Campaign. Prior to this role, he led the Major and Planned Gifts team, including the Regional Directors of Development and Planned Giving. He came to Taylor in 2007 after serving 10 years as Executive Director of Central Michigan Youth for Christ.
Mike holds an MA in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Regent University. His dissertation addressed Advancement’s Role in Enhancing Financial Viability of Christian Colleges. Mike also serves on the CCCU’s Chief Advancement Officer Commission.
Mike lives in Upland with his wife, Traci (Tiberi) '96, and their children, Jonah '26 and Lydia '29. The Falders are active at Upland Community Church and enjoy travelling together. When Mike has free time, he can often be found on his Peloton bike or reading a John Grisham novel.
