About

Since 2013, Kimberly Case, PhD, has served at Taylor University (IN) as Director of Assessment and Quality Improvement and as Taylor's Higher Learning Commission Accreditation Liaison Officer. She has taught in the Masters of Arts in Higher Education program at Taylor University since 2016. Prior to this time, she was a Research Associate in the Institute for Latino Educational Achievement at Goshen College (IN), conducting research among students who participated in an ethnically-rooted leadership program.

Case has authored peer-reviewed articles on intercultural classroom learning and Latino/a student success and has presented research findings at national conferences. Additional research has been focused on outcomes of a summer bridge program, academically meaningful relationships for students of color making the transition to college and navigating the demands of higher education, the role of faculty feedback in student learning, and class attendance.

Case’s other roles in higher education have included Associate Dean for Student Development at Northwestern College (IA) and Residence Hall Director at Taylor University. Other interests include birding, exploring nature, and seeing the world.
