Assistant Director of the Counseling Center
I received my BS with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from Grace College. I then completed my master’s degree in Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health from Ball State University. In my counseling career, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and body image.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which I use in addition to Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other aspects of different therapies. I enjoy meeting people where they are and working with them to determine their therapy goals. I also enjoy collaborating with groups on campus to further promote mental health awareness.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, chasing after my two young sons, and volunteering at my church.
