Career Highlights
I've been teaching at the university level for 26 years. During this time I have written and continue to write numerous musical compositions and arrangements (symphony; symphonic poems for both orchestra and wind ensemble; three full-length musicals (score and lyrics ), and a number of short musicals (score or lyrics or both); three choral spirituals published by Alliance Music; arrangements for choir and orchestra published by Praise Gathering Music; and countless arrangements for students.
I have collaborated and continue to collaborate with industry leaders around the country on films, composing scores and writing songs for various projects. I helped build a Songwriting Program at Indiana Wesleyan University with the assistance of Gloria Gaither, and was appointed the Director of her annual Songwriting Intensive.

Hobbies
I am thrilled that my vocation and my hobby are so intertwined. When I'm not teaching music, I am creating music. And when I'm not actively doing either of those, I am hanging out with my family.
