Be open to new experiences but don’t get over-extended. Have boundaries.
Your learning belongs to you: make it happen and transfer everything you learn to other contexts!
Why I Enjoy Teaching at Taylor
First, our students are part of what makes Taylor so great. Second, Cornelius Plantinga posited, “learning is. . . a spiritual calling: properly done, it attaches us to God,”—I get to facilitate that here!
Hobbies
Hanging out with my family, playing games, reading, walking, biking, cooking, and hosting friends.
Major Career Accomplishments
Served for 22 years in Brazil as a counselor and a professor at Londrina Bible Seminary (LBS) both in their undergrad and grad dept. Coordinator for the graduate studies of Marriage and Family Counseling and Christian Counseling programs.
