I enjoy teaching students how to live whole, congruent lives. I specifically enjoy using the mediums of exercise and outdoor activities (camping, canoeing, hiking) to teach about what it means to be human and how to practice solitude, slowness, sabbath, and simplicity. My family enjoys wilderness travel and making maple syrup each spring.
