My story with Residence Life began in 2012, when I had the privilege of serving as a Resident Assistant on a hall of 30 women. What I thought would be a fun job quickly turned to a passion for students and for the lessons and relationships that happen outside of the classroom.
After spending both my junior and senior year of college working in ResLife, I graduated from John Brown University in 2014 with a big hole in my heart that I knew could only be filled by working in Higher Education. Three years later, I find myself here at Taylor University living out that dream!
I am currently working on my MA in Higher Education and Student Development, and I feel so privileged to be able to do this while living alongside the wonderful women of Olson Hall.
My prayer for Olson Hall is that we will have open hearts and minds to those around us, that we will build friendships that are lasting and uplifting and that we will be stretched and grown into the women that the Lord intends for us to be.
