Taylor makes it easy to earn your master’s degree while you work. With a Tuesday/Thursday class schedule, you have the freedom to work part time and still complete the program in just one year.
Additionally, where possible, we work with our students to place them in paid graduate assistantships that provide another layer of valuable higher education experience.

This 30-credit, primarily residential one-year MA in Leadership program promotes learning in community with on-campus classes and flexibility with three online courses. We promote experiential learning by offering an internship opportunity during the January term.
Taylor’s MA in Leadership offers three distinct concentrations, Organizational Leadership, Higher Education, and Global Leadership, built on a shared foundation of core leadership courses. All three concentrations combine the flexibility of online learning with meaningful in-person experiences, allowing you to learn alongside a cohort of peers while balancing professional responsibilities.
Classes during the fall and spring semesters are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, providing an opportunity to work and build your resume while you are in the program.

The Organizational Leadership concentration is designed to equip you to lead teams, manage change, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Organizational Leadership Concentration Courses
Students in the Global Leadership concentration will participate in two immersive international experiences (7–10 days each), one in August and one in January, providing firsthand opportunities to develop leadership skills in a global context. As a special benefit, the first 12 members of the inaugural Global Leadership cohort will receive a scholarship toward travel expenses.
