Coordinate, implement, and lead building projects from concept to completion.
The Construction Management major is designed to equip you to integrate your faith with your future profession, using your skills to serve others, lead with integrity, and honor God through your work.
The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management combines hands-on experience with strong academics. You’ll engage in dynamic lectures, labs, practicums, and construction engineering mission opportunities that take your learning beyond the classroom. By integrating courses in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, and construction, this program equips you with the tools to succeed in a fast-growing industry.
And the opportunities are real. Construction management careers are projected to grow 9% through 2034—faster than average, particularly in Indiana—with a median salary of nearly $107,000. That means you’ll graduate ready to step directly into a high-demand field.
Most importantly, you’ll develop a strong Christian worldview that shapes how you lead. You’ll learn to prioritize safety, make ethical decisions, and practice servant-leadership in every aspect of your career.
