Rooted in Taylor’s Christian liberal arts mission and decades of computer science expertise, the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning major combines hands-on machine learning labs, generative AI coursework, applied computer science skills, and a distinctive two-semester research sequence.
You will learn to develop AI systems while thinking critically about their purpose, impact, and ethical responsibility. Grounded in a Christian understanding of human dignity and stewardship, the major equips graduates to enter AI research, software development, data science, and other high-demand technology fields as people of faith, wisdom, and technical excellence.
