Once you complete your application and are accepted to Taylor, here are the important dates to keep in mind regarding financial aid.
File the FAFSA as soon as possible after October 1. Start by creating your FSA ID. The FSA ID confirms your identity on the FAFSA and related documents. Students and parents must create their own FSA IDs.
Once you have your FSA ID, login in to Federal Student Aid with your FSA ID. Use code 001838 to indicate that you want a copy of your FAFSA sent to Taylor University.

Complete your application to Taylor University to receive priority in financial aid distribution.
Financial aid packages are processed on a rolling basis beginning on November 1. You should receive their package within four weeks of submitting all required documents. After November 1, begin checking your financial aid status under the “Your Documents” tab in MYFA (My Financial Aid Online site).
In order to be considered for the Alice Hamilton full scholarship, complete your application by December 1.
Complete the Taylor University applcation by December 15 in order to be invited to apply for Honors.
FAFSA filing deadline and priority filing deadline for endowed Taylor scholarships.
April 1 is the deadline to submit test scores for merit scholarship consideration and the deadline for the church matching grant application.
April 15: File application deadline for need-based grants from Taylor or the state of Indiana.
Apply for loans beginning May 15 through MYFA. To ensure that your loan(s) appear on your account when the bill is sent, we recommend that you complete the loan process by July 1.
Notify the financial aid office of any outside or private scholarships, grants, or loans you receive by July 1. Statements are sent out on July 10.
