Taylor University’s Parents & Family Weekend is set for Friday, October 4, through Sunday, October 6. A variety of events are scheduled for the weekend, providing numerous ways for Taylor parents and families to join in their students' Taylor experiences.

Phil Vischer, an author, voice actor, founder of Big Idea Productions, and co-creator of the popular children’s video series Veggie Tales, is the featured chapel speaker Friday at 10:00 a.m., in the Rediger Chapel/Auditorium.

Open houses with the Calling and Career Office, the C.S. Lewis Collection, the Education Department, and in the residence halls are planned throughout the weekend. Parents and families will have the opportunity to watch the men's and women's intramural flag football championships, participate in the Escape to Reality Challenge Course, and attend a theatre production of Though the Earth Give Way, as well as a Music Department concert.

Current Taylor parent, Pastor Rob Wiley, will speak on Sunday as part of an all-campus worship service.
