American Ethnic Student Programs (AESP)
The purpose of this office is to facilitate the academic success, spiritual development, and social well being of multicultural students. Our intention is to provide an environment in which:
- students are assured support, as well as advocacy, relative to their unique concerns
- students are encouraged to engage in programs designed to affirm their ethnicity and offer opportunities for leadership
- educational programs are implemented that promote diversity awareness/sensitivity throughout the campus
- reciprocal relationships are cultivated with community leaders, in order to establish student support connections between local communities and Taylor University.
