General Information

The only cost of participating in WOW is the representative's traveling expense. We do not cover transportation cost, but everything else will be provided. Along with meals, representative(s) will be provided housing during their stay in their choice of a student residence hall, off-campus apartment, a professor's home.

We ask that each organization send no more than 2 representatives for only one half of the week. Due to the financial cost of organizing a week like WOW, we are only able to cover the costs for 2 representatives per organization. If your organization would like to send more than 2 people or stay longer, we ask that the extra cost of meals be covered by the organization.

WOW is structured so that a different set of mission representatives are present during each half of the week. The week is divided into Sunday night-Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon-Friday afternoon. The schedule is generally the same for both halves of the week. Representatives from both halves have the opportunity to be on campus Wednesday night for the Job Fair and Seminar Night if they are registered to participate.

Registration receptions for mission representatives attending WOW will be held in the Hodson Dining Commons at the following times:

  • 1st half of the week: Sunday, November 4, 7:30 PM
  • 2nd half of the week: Wednesday, November 7, 3:30 PM
