Taylor World Outreach Cabinet
The student ministries staff, with the cooperation of student co-directors, supervises T.W.O. The students who direct the different divisions make up the T.W.O. cabinet.
General Responsibilities
- Meet weekly with faculty/staff supervisor for direction, brainstorming, and accountability.
- Attend all Taylor World Outreach cabinet meetings.
- Meet with co-director on a weekly basis in order to evaluate the current status of the ministry, to make important policy decisions, and to create long-range plans.
- Plan and evaluate all functions and ministries of your ministry division.
- Develop leadership ability within group leaders by delegating authority and responsibility to them. Be specific in what you expect from each other.
- Maintain consistent office hours of at least four hours per week.
- Conduct semester evaluations of your ministry division including personnel effectiveness, accountability, and budget. The year-end evaluation also involves updating the job description for the position of co-director.
- Recruit, select, and train new co-directors in the spring.
