Personnel Assistants

Personnel Assistants (P.A.s) are most often juniors and seniors who provide leadership on each floor and/or wing of the residence hall.

P.A.s are carefully selected on the basis of experience, maturity, and demonstrated ability to work with students, individually or in a group.

Responsibilities

  • To be resource persons for residents
  • To facilitate campus communication
  • To help maintain an atmosphere conducive to successful academic achievement
  • To assist residents with personal problems
