Philosophy of Participation
ETR follows a "challenge by choice" agreement, where the participant and group are given challenges throughout their experience on the course, with the choice of accepting or denying those challenges. The second is the "full value contract": work towards individual and group goals; respect the designated guidelines and rules; and give positive and constructive feedback during debriefing times.
OUTCOMES
ETR offers more than just an adventure experience. Skilled facilitators guide your group in transferring and applying learning outcomes to your unique team goals.
Some Individual outcomes are: increased Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, and Self-Awareness.
Group benefits may include: Improved Communication, Trust, Teambuilding, Increased Respect for Each Other, Leadership, Developing Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills, Cooperation, Improved Decision Making, and Increased Commitment to Team Goals.
