The trio of Michael Pabody, Tom Robertson, and Isaac Bryan closed out a successful season with a solid showing Saturday at the NAIA Men's Cross Country National Championships in Vancouver, Wash.

Pabody led the way for Taylor by crossing the finish line in 26:32 to finish in 96th place. Robertson came in 144th in the 323-runner field with a time of 26:54. Dealing with an injury throughout the race, Bryan was 195th at 27:24.

"It was not a perfect day for us," Taylor head coach Ted Bowers said after the race, "but we were pleased with good, solid performances. We had a great year, and I'm very pleased with that. These guys gave us some great leadership and we were able to accomplish a lot."

Silas Kisorio, a sophomore from Oklahoma Christian, won the race with a time of 24:23. Malone (Ohio) won the team championship with 44 points.

Taylor concludes its season after finishing second in the Mid-Central College Conference meet held earlier this month.
