Nathan Chu, Counselor for Special Poplulations

A 2005 graduate of Taylor, Nathan started as the Counselor for Special Populations in September 2009 after spending a few years in corporate America. He now spends his days between Financial Aid and the Admissions Office working with Transfer, Graduate, Online and International Students while providing Athletic estimates to TU's coaching staff. Nate and his wife, Ashley ('07) currently have no children but are looking to adding a puppy to their family in the near future. To the chagrin of his Indiana born-n-raised wife, Nate is a Bears fan.

Laura Coyle, Financial Aid Records Manager

Laura has been part of the Financial Aid Office team since January, 2007, and is the Records Manager for the office. She is repsonsible for the student files, correspondence, also assists in processing loans, helps answers questions from students and parents about the financial aid process, their award package, Federal Work Study and student loans, and manages the financial aid portion of the Taylor University website. Laura and her husband have two sons that they are very proud of, and share their home with 5 gorgeous dogs, 4 ornery cats, and an attack goat.

Beth Fisher, Financial Aid Counselor

Beth is a 1983 Taylor graduate and began working in the Financial Aid office in Sept. 2008. Her primary responsibilities include packaging financial aid, administering Federal, state, and institutional grant programs, and meeting with students and parents regarding financial aid. Previously, she had worked for her husband in his accounting business as well as being the bookkeeper for Lightrider Ministries, here in Upland. Beth and her husband, Leonard, ('84) have two active teenagers at home.

Susie Miller, Financial Aid Customer Service Specialist

Susie joined the Financial Aid team in November of 2009. She is repsonsible for greeting students and parents in the office, answering the telephone, logging in Financial Aid documents, and is the main contact person for the Church Matching Grant Program.

Tim Nace, Director of Financial Aid

Before coming to Taylor in 1987, Tim worked at Houghton College in New York and Greenville College in Illinois. Tim is a native of Pennsylvania and has nine years of experience serving in various areas of student development. Tim has served as the Director of Financial Aid since 1991. He and his wife, Susan, have three beautiful daughters.

Kay Stouse, Assistant Director of Financial Aid

Kay began working at Taylor in 1984 in the Controller's Office. Since 1987 she has served in the Financial Aid Office. Kay's primary responsibility is loan processing and meeting all federal requirements associated with the loans as well as packaging financial aid awards each year. Kay and her husband, Dave (TU grad), have three children and five grandchildren.
