The ETC has an entire room dedicated to paper/paint projects.  Do you need to make a large poster or a bulletin board?  Purchase at the counter the needed paper or poster board and use (free of charge) a wide variety of supplies such as paint, brushes, die-cut stamps, paper cutters, scissors, tape, and glue.
