Room charges and special fees are non-refundable.  Board refunds are prorated.

  

  • The full summer 2009 term runs May 27-August 14 (12 weeks).
  • The maximum course load during all summer terms combined is 12 credit hours which includes all TU courses, as well as transfer credit, TU Online (TUO) and distance learning courses.
  • Enrollment for 12 credit hours of TU courses constitutes full-time enrollment status for summer; TUO courses do not count toward TU enrollment status.
  • Candidates for June/July/August graduation may participate in commencement if they have no more than 8 hours remaining and have submitted an approved plan to complete these hours by the official summer graduation date.
  • Experiential education (i.e. practicum, internship, field study), directed research and tutorial courses are only offered during the 12-week full summer term and require the completion and submission of specific registration forms.
  • Summer schedule adjustments submitted after May 26 require add/drop and/or specific registration forms approved by the Bursar* and academic advisor before registration can be finalized.
  • Students planning to be on campus during the summer term must complete and submit a housing request form at the Office of Student Development located in the lower level of Rediger Auditorium. Housing and meal plan rates are available from the Bursar.
  • Financial aid is not applied to summer registration.
