Formal Company Information, Company Structure, Corporate Governance

  • Company Website. Look for: About Us, Annual Report, Company Profile, Mission Statement, etc.
  • Lexis Nexis Academic (see databases below).
    Go to the Business tab, then choose to search for Company name.
    Includes links to current newspaper articles about company news.

Books and Periodical articles (Magazines, Trade journals, etc.) are the best places for  information concerning corporate culture, leadership style, informal corporate information.

 

Locating Books

  • WorldCat (use for Interlibrary Loan)
    Includes Zondervan holdings. WorldCat.org (a more user friendly version of WorldCat, but without the ILL capabilities)  

 

Search for names of key CEO, corporate leaders known for significant leadership or leadership styles.  (e.g. Max DuPree - former Herman Miller CEO, author of Leadership is an Art; Leadership Jazz)
