SPORTDiscus - Physical Education/Human Performance and the Rest of Us

There's a new resource that will benefit Physical Education/Human Performance folks especially, but many of us will be interested in SPORTDiscus with Full Text -- available from the Database page. SPORTDiscus provides indexing and full-text to more than 400 journals with some full-text going as far back as 1985. In additon to finding journal and magazine afticles, you can also find citations to books and chapters in books. As with other Ebscohost resources, citations and full-text can be emailed, saved, and printed. Citations can be exported to RefWorks, as well. And, like other Ebscohost databases with the "Journal Alert" capability, you can get tables of contents of magazines emailed to yourself. (I'll confess, I'm getting Baseball Digest table of contents sent. To read an article I simply click on the hyperlink.)
