Jeanne Sigworth joined the Communication Arts faculty in 2007, teaching public speaking and interpersonal communication.
In her free time, Jeanne loves to read, explore antique shops, walk, and spend time with her family. Jeanne lives in Swayzee, IN with her husband Gerry Sr., and their dog. She has a son, Gerry Jr., and a grand-daughter, Kahlyn Rachel.
Favorite Movies: The Passion of the Christ, The Hiding Place, The King and I, Gone with the Wind, Dances with Wolves, Romancing the Stone, Money Pit, adventure flicks.
Favorite Music: Classical, Gospel, Celtic
What you love most about teaching communication: Two things. Empowering students to master communication methods and spontaneous moments that happen in the classroom such as dancing ballet as a class, yodeling, cooking, and extreme sports just to name a few.
