In Absentia

Students planning to complete a degree between December 2025 through Summer* 2026 are expected to participate in the Commencement ceremony, unless they were already included in Commencement for that degree. If at any time you determine that he/she is unable to attend, the student should contact Vince Small in the Registrar’s Office at [email protected] and indicate the reason for being unable to attend. This information is crucial for the final line of march for the ceremony and whether or not the graduate's Bible, towel, and diploma cover are mailed to them, and is due no later than May 1. We appreciate your assistance.

*Those anticipating Summer graduation, with no more than 8 credits to be completed in Summer, are included in Commencement prior to graduation.
