Biography
After graduating from Taylor in 1993, Sara taught high school English for 16 years and served as a TU adjunct instructor for 6 years. Now that her two sons are both Taylor students (Ian '25 and Owen '26), she is looking forward to serving fellow TU parents by helping them to feel informed and supported. Her advice to freshman is to expect a time of adjustment when moving to campus, but then once settled in, to embrace all the activities that the campus community has to offer. Sara loves running, yoga, conversations over coffee, and attending live theater as much as possible. She and her husband Lance ('90) live in Greentown.
Responsibilities
Providing information for and building relationships with parents of current Taylor students by maintaining communication and by planning events that involve families. (Parents Council, Welcome Weekend, Homecoming and Family Weekend, Grandparents Day, etc.)
