Advice for Incoming Freshman

Invest in time with others and build relationships!  Take time to learn about those you live with and sit next to in class.  Everyone has a different story—take time to listen, laugh, and cry together. Loving each other, holding each other up (& accountable), and doing life together is what being part of the body of Christ is all about!

How I came to Taylor

I am a Taylor grad and have a very special place in my heart for this school.  Not only did I get a wonderful, faith-based education, I was also challenged in my faith and grew so much spiritually.  It blesses me to still be a part of the Taylor community and to now see our kids attending and being impacted the way I was many years ago.

Hobbies

I love reading (mostly fiction), listening to music, enjoying the tranquil outdoors, and spending time with my loving family—Jeff (husband), Megan, Adrienne, and Brendan.  Although sunny days are preferred, rainy days are great, too, as long as I have a good book, some coffee, and a candle!
