About

Sierra Pfaff joined the Advancement team in August of 2025. As a part of the Advancement team, she supports the fundraising efforts for the University’s Life to the Full campaign.

Before joining Taylor, she worked for nearly a decade on the administration team at Lakeview Christian School. Outside of her professional role, Sierra is active at Brookhaven Wesleyan Church, serving on the worship team. She also enjoys participating in the arts, especially through community theater and other local productions. When Sierra isn't in the office, she and her husband stay busy managing the joyful chaos of raising three kids.
