About

Sharon (Delp ’94) Matsudo started with the Alumni and Parent Relations team in May 2022. Prior to joining Taylor, her work with events has spanned from the 1996 Atlanta Olympics to fundraising events in the non-profit sector for 19 years to consulting in the for-profit event space. Her passion for planning and executing events as well as God’s timing, ultimately led her back to Taylor University where she currently serves remotely as Director of Strategic Events.

She and her husband, Kenji ’92, live in Madeira, Ohio, just outside Cincinnati. They have four kids, three of whom have attended or are current students at Taylor, and the fourth, whom they enjoy cheering on poolside. They are also deeply involved in their small community and their local church.
