About

Kent Yost ’81 joined the Advancement team as a Regional Director of Development in 2018 to serve alumni and friends of Taylor in Indiana and Michigan. Kent served in youth ministry for 37 years, serving for 30 years at Youth for Christ. He and his wife Jan (Handy ’82) live in Upland. They have two married daughters, Erin and Emily (’11), four granddaughters, and two grandsons. Kent’s parents, Daryl and Joenita, served at Taylor for over 20 years, with Daryl serving as the Provost alongside Jay Kesler.
