Before coming to Taylor, I served in various roles across corporate, non-profit, church, and local school settings—experiences that deeply inform my approach to teaching and mentoring. I am passionate about advancing research in online communication and supporting neurodiverse students in higher education and their families.

I strive to foster Christ-centered environments—whether in the classroom, workplace, or community—where each individual is treated with dignity and respect, reflecting their God-given value and purpose.

My connection to Taylor runs deep—not only do I cherish its Christ-centered traditions and commitment to servant leadership, but I am also the proud parent of a Taylor graduate. It's a joy to be part of a community that continually inspires both academic excellence and spiritual growth.
