Biography
Initially I felt called to the international mission field, however, God led me to teach in urban public schools for 23 years. My time in teaching in public education was a true ministry and blessing from God. I grew to love teaching and working with culturally and linguistically diverse students from all over the world. Though I still loved teaching and being in the classroom as a high school teacher, I eventually felt God calling me to Taylor to help prepare the next generation of Christian teachers in what it means to teach Christianly in American public schools.
