Over a 30-year career, with more than half of that time serving at the director level, Argo built a distinguished record of international business leadership and cross-functional experience. During his career with Caterpillar, he visited 71 countries and contributed to a broad range of global business activities, including acquisitions, mergers, sales, marketing, product support, market development, product management, and sourcing. His work reflects a strong ability to navigate complex international environments, support strategic growth, and connect business operations across markets and cultures. These accomplishments provide a practical foundation for mentoring students and sharing real-world insights in management, leadership, and global business.

I have been married for more than 35 years and have three children. I have served as a board member of the nonprofit Metamora Resale Shop, including 10 years as board president, and I am an active leader in Remnant Christian Church. I enjoy traveling and have visited 71 countries and all 50 US states. My hobbies include hunting, boating, fishing, eFoiling, and other outdoor activities.
