Since 1996, the Taylor Men’s Volleyball Club has provided opportunity for demonstrating a spirit of Christ-likeness and disciplined competition through regional Indiana club team competition. Membership is open to any male Taylor student and requires active participation in practices from December through March, with playing time allotted by the team captain. Competition is scheduled as student schedules and finances permit, with at least one major tournament competition each season.
The club team elects a president who coordinates all practices and competitions. Generally, the team plays matches against Anderson and Indiana Wesleyan, and has also played clubs from Ball State, Ohio State and Bradley.
Expenses vary from year to year based on tournament fees and uniform costs. The Taylor women’s volleyball coach gives oversight to this club.
