Acclaimed Artist Wayne Brezinka Featured in Taylor Art Exhibit

Wayne Brezinka, an illustrator and artist whose work has been commissioned by The New York Times, Neiman Marcus, The Washington Post and Chicago Tribune, will host an artist’s talk at the opening of his exhibit Paperwork at Taylor University.

The opening reception and gallery talk are scheduled for 6:00 p.m., January 4, in the Metcalf Gallery of the Modelle Metcalf Visual Arts Center on the Taylor campus. The exhibit will be shown from January 4 – February 8, 2013.

In addition to the Times, Post, Tribune and others, works by Brezinka have been sold to the family of the late entertainer Johnny Cash and also used for ads, posters, music and consumer packaging.

Brezinka’s illustrations have appeared in Communication Arts, Print Magazine and most recently, The Museum of American Illustration (Society of Illustrators New York).
