Major Career Accomplishments:

Kathy Herrmann manages Art Education Community Programs, including:

After School Art: a four-week program for ART 310 Elementary Art Methods students to give elementary school children Art lessons one day a week.
Summer Fine Art Camp: a five-day program for children from Kindergarten through High School taught by Art and Education majors.
Private Art Lessons: one-hour weekly lessons given for an entire semester by Art and Art Education majors to children from Kindergarten through High School.
Community Art Service: Art Education majors in ART 210 Introduction to Art Education give ten hours of Art service to the Upland community. Experiences range from giving Art lessons to at-risk students, providing Art activities at local school functions, and painting mural on buildings in downtown Upland.
