Taylor University’s national and state accredited Education Program seeks to develop competent, caring, and reflective teachers prepared for world service. We want to help you pursue God’s story for you life, while being the hands and feet of Christ to children and young adults in need all over the world.
We have alumni teaching all over the world. Our experienced and dedicated faculty doesn’t just tell you how to be a teacher – they are an example of how to be the teacher God has called you to be.
Whether you want to pursue a degree in elementary, secondary, art or music education, our education students are placed in schools right away as freshmen Short-term mission trips and study abroad experiences offer opportunities for you to teach in cross-cultural settings as well as in inner-city schools with at-risk students.
