Education Department
Competent. Caring. Reflective. Engaged.
You envision the heart and soul of your students. You see God’s story for them and know you can help them reach their potential. You wish to be the hands and feet of Christ to children and young adults in need all over the world.
Does this sound like you? If so, Taylor’s Education program would be a great fit! Our program is nationally and state accredited. We have strengths in preparing you for all types of teaching, including secondary education and physical, art and music education.
We have alumni teaching all over the country and the world. Our experienced and dedicated faculty don’t just tell you how to be a teacher – they SHOW you how to teach by modeling for you how to be the teacher God called you to be. Our education majors are placed in schools from the time they enter as a FRESHMAN. We have short-term missions trips that offer student teaching in cross-cultural, inner-city with at-risk students. You can also teach in places like the Philippines and Bahamas.
