Additional information regarding the Professional Writing program will be available August 1, 2009. For immediate information, please email Dr. Dennis Hensley at DnHensley@taylor.edu.
Effective communication is essential to successful living. Taylor University’s Professional Writing Department provides the framework for you to excel in any career that fits your calling. We combine a rigorous academic curriculum with faith-application in the classroom to promote an excellent education, as well as spiritual formation.
Within this context of a Christ-centered worldview, the liberal arts, and professional education, the purpose of the Professional Writing Department is to develop students’ abilities to think, listen, speak, and write clearly, analytically, critically, and creatively.
Our mission is to equip our students to be competent communicators who are prepared to influence the world for Christ. Are you prepared?
